Terms of Service

By accessing or using the My Smart AI Teacher service (the "Service"), available at https://mysmartaiteacher.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service. Continued use after Terms modification constitutes acceptance of the changes.

The Service is an artificial intelligence training platform combining: (i) a training eBook, (ii) an interactive AI Coach Agent ("AI Coach"), and (iii) practical exercises.

The Service is provided "as is". We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Service at any time, with reasonable notice when possible.

The AI Coach relies on third-party language models. Its responses may contain inaccuracies. You remain responsible for verifying and using the information provided.

After valid purchase of a plan, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the Service for the specified access period (2 years by default).

This license is strictly personal: one account = one person. Account sharing is prohibited.

You retain ownership of your prompts and generated outputs. We claim no rights over your usage data.

All educational content (eBook, videos, exercises, prompts, AI Coach source code) is protected by copyright and belongs to My Smart AI Teacher or its licensors.

Any reproduction, distribution, modification, commercial exploitation, or public dissemination without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.

The My Smart AI Teacher brand, logo, and graphic elements are protected.

To access the Service, you must create an account with accurate and up-to-date information.

You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials. Any action performed through your account is deemed to be your action.

Our "AI Training for Teens" offering is open to minors aged 13 and over. For minors under 16 (EU) or 13 (US — COPPA), parental consent is mandatory.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account for violation of Terms, fraud, or behavior harmful to the Service or its users.

Payments are processed by Stripe (card payment) or PayPal (4-installment payment). All displayed prices are in euros, including VAT for EU residents subject to VAT.

Payment is due upon order. Access to the Service is activated immediately after payment confirmation.

In case of recurring payment failure (if applicable), we reserve the right to suspend access.

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU and applicable consumer protection laws.

To exercise this right, send an email to [email protected] with your order number. Refund will be made within 14 days to the payment method used.

Note: per applicable consumer law, the right of withdrawal may be extinguished if you have expressly requested immediate execution and consumed a substantial portion of the digital content (> 50% of modules consulted). We apply this rule on a case-by-case basis with goodwill.

The AI Coach is an educational tool. It does not replace professional advice (medical, legal, financial).

You agree not to use the AI Coach to: generate illegal content, harass people, bypass security protections, create weapons or dangerous substances, or any activity contrary to the underlying models' usage policies.

AI credits included in your plan are consumed with each exchange. Once depleted, you can purchase more or wait for replenishment (depending on your plan).

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for use of the Service is limited to the amount you have actually paid in the past 12 months.

We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, data loss, loss of opportunity, or immaterial damages resulting from use or inability to use the Service.

This limitation does not apply in case of willful misconduct, gross negligence, harm to physical integrity or health, nor in case of imperative non-derogable legal obligations (notably statutory warranty of conformity).

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless My Smart AI Teacher against any claim, damage, or expense (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your violation of the Terms, your unlawful use of the Service, or your violation of a third party's rights.

You may delete your account at any time via My Account > Danger zone. This deletion is final within 30 days.

In case of serious Terms violation, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice or refund.

These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of the My Smart AI Teacher registered office's jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer-protective rules of territorial jurisdiction.

In accordance with French Consumer Code Article L612-1, in case of unresolved dispute, you may freely resort to a consumer mediator (list at https://www.economie.gouv.fr/mediation-conso).

We may modify these Terms. The "Last updated" date indicates the applicable version. For substantial changes, we will notify you by email at least 30 days before the effective date. If you do not accept the new Terms, you may terminate your account with prorated refund.
